Definitely works. Makes you more aware of what you are consuming due to the side effects. Had a few touch and go moments in the first week but then got used to it! Lost 7lbs in first 2 weeks. But I feel like I could have lost more had I worked out more. This was just for diet, which is generally quite normal and has healthy fats. It’s portion size that is my issue mainly.
