I am yet to see an effect as only 1 month in, however I am very aware from my toileting experiences that this is definitely doing what it says. Side effects not as extreme as I expected. I thought there would be significan stomach cramp but nothing more than a "desperate" feeling, not pain. Does stain your loo orange. Get a good cleaner!
