These tablets only work if you are following a low fat healthy diet. You couldn't binge on pizza and fatty foods and think that they are an easy fix. Too much fat intake and they will give you terrible diarrhoea which can cause accidents when you least expect it! They have helped me be mindful of making healthy choices and weight loss has been gradually and hopefully will be easy to maintain, with a new confidence and actually feeling healthier i can go out and exercise without feeling self conscious. I put a lot of weight on during Covid and have struggled to get to the weight I was before. They have so far worked for me .
