I was a bit sceptical at first about any fatty foods being eaten, that one little tablet would stop your body from absorbing it , omg I was shocked at first but, I totally get it now, I dont feel very hungry, my portion size has reduced, wanting to snack in between is zero, unless its a piece of fruit, I have a oat snack bar for breakfast, none fatty sandwich for lunch, and normal tea , (chicken tikka massala on its own with garlic flatbread ,(no rice or chips.)
