The service was absolutely brilliant, my product arrived very, very quickly. The first week I lost 4lbs..I was chuffed to bits, the 2nd week another 2lbs... but.....today I weighed myself and I have put 2lbs on.... I don't understand why?? So...over the past 3 weeks of using this product, I have only lost 2lbs in reality, which I am very sad about. I have taken the product 3 times as day, as specified. I thought/ hoped I would have lost more weight than I actually have? Very sad now 😢 😞 😔

I'm not happy at the moment, didn't think orlistat was the same as xenical,so ordered xenical, you accepted my order, charged me£62.09, then you cancelled my order,I did give you the wrong information but not intentionally, scales were all wrong,so sent you a polite email explaining,I also weighed myself in boots and told you the correct information, and apologised for my genuine mistake,and you replied you will look into it and get back to me,I requested my money back as I have paid £62.09 on the second order also I called but no money as been paid back to me as yet, please can you refund me.
