Great information provided, quick service and delivery. I have had some side effects such as oily stools but this just shows that it’s working. Since using a calorie deficit and light exercise Iv lost 4lbs in the first week. I have a fatty liver so getting rid of excess fat within food should help to stabilise this. I have been taking vitamins to replace the ones I will be losing.
