A good assist to following a calorie controlled diet. If I did overdo the fat element of a meal I felt confident that it wouldn’t all be absorbed. It does not allow you to “eat what you like” because the side effects can be embarrassing as the bowels remove the fat quickly without much notice. But I will definitely be reordering.
