I lost 4.9kg in 15 days with these tablets, I took only 2 tablets a day because I only ate 2 meals a day. Breakfast around 10am: Black coffee & 2x weetabix with any fruit & 1 spoon of peanut or almond butter. Lunch: full plate of salad & vegetables with any protein whether it was chicken breast, steak, lamb chops & salad dressing. I had green tea with lemon in between meals. These tablets work amazingly well! But don't eat junk food & take them, otherwise you'll be going yo the toilet all night with orange oily stools.
