I am loosing weight with this product. I have just gone through the menopause and as a result fat has accumulated around my tummy and hips. Tried all sorts of diets, nothing seemed to shift it. I cycle and walk regularly. Got to be a bit careful with oily discharge etc as described in the leaflet, but this is manageable.
