Exactly what I expected, make sure you read up about side effects so you know what to expect. I took a couple of weeks to adjust but have no side effects now. Just have the knowledge that the more fat in your diet the worse the side effects. My weight is gradually coming down. It’s helped me focus on healthy eating so it’s life changer not just a quick fix. I had a break off of it for 2 weeks and managed to maintain my weight so I’m carrying on with it until I reach my health weight.
