I see this advertised and after struggling to lose weight after breaking a leg I thought I’d give it a go as I was a bit sceptical
Obviously I can’t work out normally
and I’ve gone from being active to being limited but in my order (1st box) which I haven’t quite finished yet I have lost just under a stone in weight and I haven’t been dieting, I’ve just eaten healthier options and watched my fat intake (there have been naughty days like birthdays). I am a foodie so will never be able to starve myself but this has worked for me very well and I wish I’d of tried sooner
