So I’m in to my first month of purchasing Orlos and I can honestly say I’m down 5 pounds, and I haven’t really done much to support other than be slightly mindful of bread! I’m now just placing my next months order! Side effects have been slight only when I’ve been ‘naughty’ but nothing dramatic as i I have mainly stuck to a healthy eating plan! This time around I’m going to stick to the same routine and incorporate more exercise and see how effective the results are as they have been so good so far with minimal effort I’m interested to see what happens with more dedication! Also I have been on a few corporate events (hence the reason for starting) so there has also been some nights of good food and drinks! So far so good for me that is!
