I HAVE TO HAVE HELP, BUT I USE THIS ON MY FEET AND LEGS. IT WAS PRESCRIBED FOR ME BY A HOSPITSL VASCULAR DR. IT DEFINITELY HELPS. MUST ADMIT THOUGH THE FIRE WARNINGS THAT COME WITH IT DID MAKE ME AND THE HOSPITAL STAFF LAUGH AS I SAID OH DEAR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO COME IN MY ROOM FOR A QUICK CIGGY NOW OR WE'LL ALL GO UP IN SMOKE.
