We suffered from dry. cracked and rough skin on our knucles and hands during the initial COVID-19 lockdown as a result of extensive use of anti-bacterial gels. We started using Dermol 500 as a hand wash and the problem disappeared almost immediately. It is very pleasant and smooth feeling cream with or without using water, and, in our experience, it certainly does its job extremely effectively.
