After 2 weeks of taking these pills my intestinal transit it is much better! And today I've checked my weight and ,although I only took 2 pills per day ,I lost 1kg and a half! Very large tablets which can be quite hard to swallow sometimes. As a multi vitamin goes, it’s hard to tell if they work
