The multi vitamin that I had been using before this one from pharmica was massive, really hard to swollow, so when it ran out I ordered the multi vitamin and Iron ones from pharmica, much better, easy to swallow and no adverse reactions. I take them at night so my Orlos Orlistat doesn't interfer with them

I take multi-vitamin & iron to counteract the loss of some nutrients whilst taking Orlistat. I have no medical knowledge but believe the vitamins are helpful and safe to take.
