Working well. Heard some horror stories about side affects. But I've not experienced any. You do need to avoid really fatty food while taking these for fear of the side affects which to be honest is all part of helping to change your eating habits anyway. I do still have a naughty treat every week so if it's a really naughty fatty one (a keebab) I miss the tablets that day. Work great if you work alongside the tablets
