Ali is used for me with the meals that have some fat in them so infrequently and at times when I have no choice such as dining out. It allows me to not worry so much that I failed and the peace of mind knowing it helps me, is great. I would recommend this item over and above it's competitors. You want a pill that does what it says on the tin.
