I have tried few weight loss medications in the past but Alli Orlistat 60mg capsules work best for me. I went from 115kg to 110 kg in 6 weeks without any strict diet. all you do is take 1 capsule with or after 2 main fatty meals in a day. However, watch out for oily stool.
