I was struggling to loose weight so gave this a try and it has definitely helped boost my weight loss I finally feel I’m getting somewhere, read the advice leaflet carefully as it can cause quite loose urgent stools at times which are quite oily, fatty foods obviously will cause this, and you soon with trial and error learn when to not take a dose!
