When I started to take these, immediately my stools excretes an orangey oil substance - I assume excess fat from food. With that stills were loose too. I would recommend wearing a pad of some sort as when passing gas, oil was present. I decreased the dosage to one a day as my diet is fairly healthy. That helped a lot with stools and it has had some effect. I would t say weight loss is rapid, but does help. I’d be scared to take more than one tablet a day.
