I mean I definitely works, not just physiologically but seeing how much fat you consume in “normal foods” makes you think twice about the foods in your diet. Happy to say my diet is much healthier now and I’m overcome the plateau in weight loss. I do still need to use it over a longer period of time but so far so good.
