I have lost over 2kg in a month or two, and that has been through using Alli and lifestyle change. The side affects are that bad as the reviews go. You are able to control bowel movements/fat in your diet. I would definitely recommend people to give it a go and see if it works for you. It’s not a miracle pill, but it does work as it says. You lose an extra pound or two.
