I am sorry but these just haven’t worked for me. I am the same weight my poo has not changed at
all but if anything I seem to be slightly constipated. I have read reviews saying how you go to the toilet more but this just not happened either me. I am not a big eater at the best of time just don’t know what has gone wrong
