Was on this before through G.P, but stopped taking it. Decided to order it online, tondave the hassle of waiting for G.P appointment. I have already lost 5% of my starting weight and still have 4 weeks left of the 12 week course. It's working more for me this time round, as I'm following Slimming world along side it and I'm seeing the results more. Definitely better then the getting injections, as it helps you think more about what you are eating. I'll be reordering these again, as still have more weight to lose.
