Although the effects are unpleasant, there’s no gain without pain (there’s no pain) they seem to be working so far. Struggling to lose weight independently I thought these might give me the push I needed. Be using for nearly three weeks and lost nearly 3kg which may not sound a lot but is 3% of my body weight. I will be repurchasing.

Not sure that Orlistat are for me. I did suffer some of the side effects such as nausea only trialled for 4 weeks so perhaps not enough to give a full review.
