Have used from my go in the past. Needed a boost to help with weight loss. Really feel that this is a good help. As long as I see results I feel motivated to continue. Would definitely recommend. I don’t have to feel so guilty if I have meetings with friends and family. I can take the orlistat and just eat a smaller portion. I only take two capsules daily because of going to work and being caught short for the loo.
