So far orlistat is really working for me! It’s making it so easy for me to lose the pounds. I’ve been in a calorie deficit while taking these and the pounds are coming off. Haven’t been doing much exercise as I’ve got a cold but I’m sure the exercise will just help increase the weight loss! Must give them a go no side effects except a few headaches but not sure if that’s the cold.
