I first have to start with how amazing these capsules are. I was 100kg 4 months ago and I have lost over 12kg on these. I have an under active thyroid and have found it so difficult to lose weight. I have tried everything over a few years since my weight started to come on me when I started peri menopause. But these have given me my confidence back and I just feel like I'm getting somewhere. I cannot recommend orlistat enough. Even all my work friends have started them because of the difference in me.

I am losing weight slowly but steadily on Orlistat. One of its best features is it really gets you to think about the amount of fat that you might be taking on at each meal. Going to the loo more often is a welcome side effect as I was often constipated before.

I have used these tablets to help with weight loss, I don't take them daily but a few times a week depending on what I eat. Pharmica has supplied me and remind me when I need to reorder. Also the Medical questions at the start are important to get the correct dose etc.
You can chose to inform your GP or not, I do incase there is something that I might need to be Prescribed that may clash with the tablets.
