Unfortunately with not being able to swallow tablets great and these being slightly bigger capsule I have had to open them up and just mix the content with water. I have been on these for 1 month and have only lost 1lbs - feeling very deflated.

I have friend who take these and have had successful weight loss, however not right for me.
