When you eat fatty foods it does seem to bind and body disposes. I’ve not had any side effects that I’ve particularly noticed. This is my 2nd prescription and I haven’t lost any weight, even combined with a Slimming World healthy eating Eating plan so I’m quite disappointed but, will continue and persevere and am hopeful they will aid my weight loss.

Very efficient service and quick delivery. They remind you by email when your prescription needs renewing in time so you don’t run out. The product I’m on Orlistat a fat binding tablet has little effect so far, on any weight loss, even combined with Slimming World Eating plan. Although you are meant to have a sensible fat intake, it may be that I’m not actually eating enough food with a higher % of fat content. When I have had a fatty food, you can tell that the tablets do work. Just a shame I’m not losing the weight too and I do have a few stone to lose. Will stick with it for a little longer to give my body best chance. No side effects experienced.

Very pleased with results so far. If you diverge from a calorie controlled diet you will pay the price. I had a slice of Lardy Cake..... not pleasant. So take it, stick to a calorie controlled diet. Once you do this you’ll be fine and the weight will reduce.
