Arrived quickly. They definitely work and are helping me lose a pound a week. I’ve been sticking to a low a fat diet to ensure I get the maximum benefit from orlistat and haven’t had any major side effects. I’ve lost 10 pounds in 10 weeks. I will continue with them and hopefully will lose a further stone over the next 3-4 months. Seems like a really good product if you work with it.
