I've tried many ways to loose weight, I'm constantly at the gym on a program to loose weight combined with a healthy diet but was loosing weight at a snails pace if at all some weeks.
Since trying oralist within 2.5 weeks I feel completely different ! Clothes fit me better I'm loosing weight and I feel healthy.
I'm still eating a healthy diet ( gym isn't accessible during the summer holidays) and I'm still loosing...
I think the key to oralist is you can't take it and still eat unhealthy because the side affects might keep you on the toilet...
But combined with a healthy diet I've had zero side affects.
I just wish I'd come across these last summer.
