It's only been 3 weeks but i have lost 6lb of the 56lb i need to lose. I was very cautious after reading others reviews and was pretty terrified of the dreaded orange oil. To be very honest as long as i stuck to the amount of fat per meal advised then i have been fine. If i've eaten a little more then i do need the toilet and the orange oil does appear but i've been able to manage it with no major surprises or accidents! I haven't had any stomach cramps but i have had wind at night, this is quite loud...cant believe i'm writing this, but hopefully it will be helpful. I am very regular in the morning now and again this is ok as long as you stick to the low fat diet. I think the fear of having an accident makes me stick to the low fat but its certainly working and nothing else has before this. I have really struggled starting menopause and this is definitely helping. I will continue and hopefully my eating habits will have changed so much that i can keep the weight off in the future.
