Early days with Orlistat but positive results so far … just stay under 15g of fat per meal and you be fine ..it can get oily like a bolognaise sauce coming out with your faeces … and at times you may be scared to fart unless your sat in the loo … you may laugh but you will soon understand once you get started . You still need to start being more active and eat more healthy on these tablets as they won’t do all the work for you .
