Was on this before through G.P, but stopped taking it. Decided to order it online, tondave the hassle of waiting for G.P appointment. I have already lost 5% of my starting weight and still have 4 weeks left of the 12 week course. It's working more for me this time round, as I'm following Slimming world along side it and I'm seeing the results more.
