This really helps with loosing weight. Its far cheaper than most other pharmaceutical options but works exactly the same way and with the same side effects i.e stomach cramps/pain (sometimes sever) and very loose stools and/or diarrhea. Is it worth it? I've lost 12kg in 3 months by eating fairly healthy (still drink wine and have a slap-up meal at weekends) and go for a daily hour long walk with the dog, it's up to you to weigh up the pros and cons. it's worth it to me and I am buying another 2 months supply. Obviously this is not a way of life and once I have reached my goal of feeling happier with my weight, I would not keep using it as I am certain it's not good for your body long-term. Happy I found you Pharmica!
