excellent service, iv been taking this now since July 2023 I work nights very little to exercise still manage to loose weight even though it's slow ,lost about 1 1/2 stone and down 2 dress sizes. iv been unwell this month not took tablets has should have and put 4lb on I'm not going to be diss hearted has I can still get my size 16 jeans on which I could not get on at Christmas.
