I'm following all the rules, making sure I don't go over the recommended fat per meal whilst also in a calorie deficit. I've just weighed in on my second week and I've lost 8lb. I've had no bad symptoms, infact I feel great. I'm not starving and I also get to have to food I crave as long as its in moderation.
