Be strict,make a regime and stick to it, Take one a hour before meals and drink plenty of water.if you eat high fat foods like pizza you'll need to be near a toilet,don't break wind!

Swift speedy delivery,you have to diet with these tablets so don't think they make you loose weight with out being strict,but I have to say I've been up and down with being strict so I would say I would of lost more weight if I had been regimental,but I've made more effort this last past 8 days and I feel they do work,I'm on a high protein diet and have a regime of eating at the same time daily taking the tablet one hour before,the fat which is extracted you can see when going to the toilet. I would definitely recommend.
