This worked straight away but I’m down to 2 per day as I don’t eat lunch. It was amazing using these on holiday as I normally get very constipated but the Orlistat kept things moving so I could fit into the same clothes at the end of my holiday as I did at the start. It really works well when you have eaten lots of junk food but if you’re already eating healthier stuff you won’t really see any difference in weight loss. Overall I’m very happy with the performance of the tablets and Pharmica as a company.
