Normally very positive experience , however this last order I required the details checked , which is fine and when this has happened in the past it has been very quick , this time has been different and although I appreciate sometimes are busier than others no contact has been made to let me know what is happening the money has been taken and I have looked up to check order details and this stated that it has been authorised, but no email had been received to advise what’s happening and I have still not received my order it’s been a week now and the product is a weight loss product so this has caused a pause in my weight loss journey and I will need to to re start the treatment and it take a few days to be effective.. not as happy with this service
