I have just finished my first month of taking this. I've lost over 8lb and not experienced any drastic side effects. After years of struggling to loose weight even despite being extremely active and food aware this product is definitely worth it. Just wish I'd of found it sooner. I'd definitely suggest getting the higher dose.
