I have been using this for a while now and have found it very helpful . My weight loss is slow but steady .For medical reasons I am not allowed any of the weight loss injections. I find this product has made me think about what I am eating. If I eat a high fat product I need to be near a toilet so to avoid that I am eating lower fat foods.. I have no side effects apart from breaking wind as long as I eat healthily. A very good product for me.
