It definitely works, but you do need to be prepared to get to a toilet quickly if you experience an urgent need to go. I’ve noticed some weight loss since starting it, and my digestion also feels better overall. As long as you follow the low-fat diet recommendations, I’ve found it to be effective.

The pills are amazing and their effect is impactful. At the beginning I wasn’t eating much fat so I had no issues with oil leaking or urgency to go to the toilet . But when the meal is fatty , I had to be careful and take precautions ( thick sanitary towels is a must) . It’s not for everyone but it’s effective.
