I was slightly sceptical about the tablets but did the necessary measuring rather than weighing. Took the tablets faithfully. Left the measuring for a couple of weeks to see if I noticed any difference. Couldn’t believe I had lost 4” off my waist, 2” off thighs. Have been walking loads and eating healthier so hopefully I get a surprise next time I measure.
