Lost 4kg in four weeks, you must stick to a low fat diet other wise you will have the dreaded side affects talk about. I didn't have them at all as kept my fat intake low. Couple of side affects like rumbly stomach and a bit more gassy but overall really pleased. Just ordered another month's worth.
