I now only have 2 meals a day
I now have small plates
I now feel like eating more fruit and veg
I now buy loads of fresh veg and fruit, instead of caked, biscuits and chocolate
I now feel as though I'm full up, even with half the amount, u used to eat
I now don't feel hungry, in between meals

I have tried quite a few weight loss medication, and they start off really well, but this have feels like they do, as when I first started.
