This product is used to help with weight loss as the tablets prevent some of the fat eaten in a meal from being absorbed. The recommendation is to take 1 tablet with each meal. I have found that taking more than 1 tablet a day upsets my tummy so I stick to one a day and have still managed to lose weight, albeit slowly.
