Product works great if you stick to instructions. You do get some oily stools but I dont mind that. I use these alongside attending Hitzone and watching what I'm eating. Im 5 weeks in... Weight loss is slow and steady. Lost 10lb but that's down to my diet needing to be slightly better. Feel much better in myself. Will be reordering
